My purpose in my working life is to inspire leaders and teams to do their best ever work. I had 20 years of experience working in leadership positions in sports and community organizations at local, State and National levels. Over the next 15 years, I transferred my leadership skills and experiences into the commercial sector by founding Frontline Coach, which supports business owners in taking their teams and businesses to the next level.
For me, the most crucial thing in business is to use ‘Outcomes Thinking’ to get clear on WHAT you want to achieve with your business and WHY, and then develop simple systems to help realize your vision. That is why I am inspired by Alexandra Chapman and the TOP material. Over the last two years, I have worked closely with Alex to apply TOP material to SMEs and have had wonderful results
