I have 18 years’ experience developing managers, leaders and teams in a diverse range of sectors and industries. I have a clinical background which led onto project management and consulting assignments in organisational development, people and culture change in healthcare and local government. For the past 10 years this has spread to commercial and corporate settings in the UK and internationally.
