As a Consultant, Writer, Speaker, Mentor, and Professor, I am involved in teaching Strategy & Project Management for Executive Education at ESCP, which is ranked as the #3 Business School in France.
Over 30 years, I have gained multicultural and international experience, holding various positions with leading companies in the Telecom and IT industry. Concurrently, I contributed to the Project Management Institute (PMI) as President of the Paris Chapter, co-Founder of PMI France, and Founder of the PMI Francophone Community. In 2022, I established Tacthics, a Consultancy Company focused on Strategic Execution and Transformation. In 2024, I obtained my degree in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge.
