I am passionate about bringing organizational strategy to life through the successful implementation of large-scale, structured, purposeful, and outcome-oriented change. My journey into Outcomes Thinking began while volunteering with PMI Singapore, where I was inspired by Alexandra Chapman’s vision. Recognizing the importance of outcomes in project success allows organizations to articulate how these outcomes drive effectiveness and align goals with broader objectives. The beauty of this model is that the same tools and techniques can also foster personal success by focusing on outcomes.
Since I started using Outcomes Thinking more deliberately, I’ve noticed a significant shift in how I approach both my professional and personal goals. It’s not about doing more; it’s about prioritizing what truly makes a difference. That clarity has made all the difference for me.
